Currently, a specific learning disabilities teacher for Henrico County Public Schools. I also tutor during the evening times 2 to 3 times a week specifically in reading and math. Former students that have received tutoring have been able to get back on grade level and have improved with reading comprehension.

Phonics and spelling go hand and hand. Every tutoring session with start with spelling words and throughout the course of sessions for the week, the student will practice the same words using different strategies.
Reading is fundamental to success in school!!! Lets make great readers. My hours of availability are M-T 3-7 and Saturday Mornings from 9-12.
