Before I realized my true passion for coaching basketball I played for the Nationally Ranked Cap City Ballerz AAU team for 7 years. That is where I was awarded numerous awards such as; Defensive Player of the year 2009-13, Tournament MVP (Boo Williams. Subway, Uturn), Coaches Award 2011-14 & many more club awards. I witnessed and showed what it takes to lead James River High School in rebounding history as well as taking he the team to the conference championship and VHSL state tournament two years in a row!
