I received my bachelor of arts in fine arts from Bluefield College in Bluefield VA in 1984 and includes classwork I took at Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond VA and The American University in Washington D.C. My master of fine arts degree is in drama with an emphasis in costume design, set design and history from the University of Virginia in Charlottesville, VA. I am very comfortable dealing with a one-on-one learning situation, or in groups of all numbers and ages. I have directed many different types of dramas and musicals, and I am comfortable with any genre of theatre.
