Hello! My name is Hayley, and I am a Registered Nurse, Certified Nurse Educator (CNE), and Doctor of Education (EdD) with over seven years of nursing experience and more than five years of teaching experience. I hold a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) and have dedicated my career to helping nursing students build the knowledge, confidence, and critical-thinking skills needed to succeed in school and pass their licensure exams. Throughout my career, I have taught Nursing students in both classroom and clinical settings, covering subjects such as Fundamentals, Pharmacology, Medical-Surgical Nursing, Maternal-Newborn Nursing, Pediatrics, Leadership, and NCLEX preparation.

My teaching approach focuses on simplifying complex nursing concepts and helping students understand the "why" behind the material. I use a variety of strategies including practice questions, case studies, concept mapping, memory techniques, and personalized study plans. Whether you are struggling with a specific course, preparing for an exam, or getting ready for the NCLEX, I tailor each session to your individual learning style and goals. I have extensive experience helping students improve test-taking strategies, develop clinical judgment, and build confidence with NCLEX-style questions.
