Hi, I’m Tim — a Principal Financial Analyst with a Master’s degree in Finance and a lifelong passion for helping others understand challenging concepts. I specialize in math (from middle school through Algebra 2), finance, and Excel, and I bring both academic depth and real-world experience to my tutoring sessions.

My professional background in the defense industry means I use numbers every day to solve complex problems — from cost analysis to forecasting and data modeling. I enjoy breaking down concepts in a way that makes sense to students, whether they’re preparing for an exam or trying to gain practical skills for a job.

I first began tutoring over 20 years ago, helping fellow high school and college students in math and physics.
