Hello! I go by my middle name Rachel and I’m Korean- American, but I taught Spanish at the high school mostly. Almost every year my students had to double check their class schedules to make sure they had the right classroom for their Spanish class because I was the one standing by the door greeting them in Spanish. I came to the US when I was 10, quickly learned English as my second language, won the regional spelling bee when I was in the 6th grade, and graduated 3rd in my high school senior class.
