Before anything, I am an artist. I create, I design and I make! Having art as a strong foundation has helped me work through many design issues. It has also assisted in improving my technical skills. As far as education, my BFA is in Interior Design which is why I work well in Revit and Photoshop. Over the years I've created construction documentation and renderings for design presentations with the use of both programs. Currently I am a Healthcare BIM Manager, so I setup and populate drawings for renovated or newly built facilities at an Equipment Planning Firm. I oversee Revit Modelers and insure that they have a clear understanding of how to build Revit families and provide insight to where they are placed.

This position has allowed me to teach and learn all in one. I equip trainees with what they need to start, but with this training comes questions; problems that I may or may not have the answers to - - that I have to find the answers to. I enjoy tutoring/training because of this reason. It challenges me to educate myself and research solutions so that not only can I train efficiently, but so that I have a better understanding of the subject matter. Questions will arise that you’re not sure how to ask or what to ask to fix it. My job is to decipher what your needs are so that you aren’t stuck in this position. At some point in time, we’re all students and we all require some sort of preparation so that we can work to the best of our efforts. I’d like to be that help that someone is looking for, so please allow me to help =)

I work in Revit on a daily basis whether it be for a residential design , a healthcare clinic or just do to a quick layout. I've used this program as my go-to for creating 3D models and producing lifelike renderings for the past 5+ years and I couldn't imagine switching to anything else.
