Aaliyah is currently an Assistant States Attorney at the Cook County State’s Attorney’s office in their child support division. Alazzia is currently a civil rights investigator at Virginia Commonwealth University.
Both Aaliyah and Alazzia attended North Carolina Central University School of law, where they graduated Cum Laude. Aaliyah has her M.A. in history from San Jose State University and Alazzia has her M.A. in English from North Carolina Central University. Grad school is where we both gained our teaching experience as grad assistants who taught classes. We specialize in tutoring students for law school courses and the Bar Exam for jurisdictions that administer the UBE. This is our 2nd year tutoring and we maintain over a 50% bar exam passage rate for all of our students.
Our service involves a very strategic approach. We are extremely detailed. We begin by creating a schedule that fits each students needs and free time. We provide extra multiple choice and essay practice weekly, along with feedback for both. We also host weekly lecture sessions that provide students with tips and strategies on how to attack each MBE and Essay subject. Further we do weekly MPT practice that involves introducing new strategies and approaches each time. We also do additional one on one sessions to ensure that our students are grasping the material but also maintaining a strategy that will make them a confident test taker. Our goal is to make our students tactical and strong test takers who will pass on the first time.
