I am an educator with over ten years of teaching and tutoring experience in both Korea and the United States. I earned my degree in Education with a minor in Korean language and hold a Secondary School Teaching Certificate from Korea. After working as a Korean language teacher in public middle and high schools, I continued teaching at weekend schools in the U.S. and expanded my work into academic tutoring.

I hold a PhD in Educational Psychology, which strengthened my understanding of how students learn and how to design instruction that supports different learning styles. This background allows me to teach a wide range of subjects—including Korean language, elementary and middle school math, Algebra 1, Geometry, Psychology, and college counseling—with clear explanations, structured lessons, and individualized support.

Across all subjects, my goal is to help students build confidence, develop strong foundations, and make steady, meaningful progress. With experience teaching diverse learners and creating tailored learning plans, I am committed to providing supportive and effective instruction that meets each student's needs.
