Born and raised in Korea, I received my university education there, specializing in Education with a minor in Korean language. Holding a Secondary School Teaching Certificate for Korean language instruction, I began my teaching career as a Korean language teacher at public middle and high schools in Korea. Transitioning to the United States, I continued my passion for teaching by consistently working at Korean language schools.

My academic journey led me to earn a doctorate in educational psychology from the University of North Texas, further enriching my understanding of effective teaching methodologies. Fluent in Korean and experienced in communicating with students of various backgrounds, I bring a wealth of expertise in language instruction and pedagogy.

With a strong foundation in Korean language education, coupled with my extensive teaching experience, I am equipped to facilitate engaging and effective learning experiences for students seeking to master the Korean language.
