Some fun facts about me: I compete on W&L’s varsity baseball team; I am on the club squash team; I am a member of the university’s outing club; I am a member of the Pi Kappa Alpha fraternity. In my free time I really enjoy playing golf and scuba diving.
I have a younger brother who I helped while he was taking elementary school math and algebra 1. He struggled as a math student, but I was able to work with him to help him to understand the concepts. He is a year away from applying to colleges and he is actually planning on majoring in a math related subject because he said I instilled a love of learning in him.
I worked in my high school’s writing center for 3 years.
I scored in the 99.4th percentile on the ACT.
