Writing is my life, and whether you need tutoring for your struggling beginner reader or if you're in dissertation, I have and can help! I have helped students go from failing to receiving A's and B's.

I have been working as a tutor for the last thirty years and most recently online for the last several years for major tutoring platforms that partner with universities all over the world. On one platform, I am a Master Tutor, the highest level. On another, my video interview was the first interview featured, and it is still often quoted to help motivate other tutors. Moreover, I am fingerprinted with two of those major platforms and am approved to work with partner institutions with students as young as kindergarten.

My writing career also has brought me many blessings. As if working with thousands of students all over the world was not enough, I have won an international award for my first nonfiction book. In addition, my fiction novel, Inside Dweller: Book I: Genesis debuts on September 14th, 2023! However, I will always tutor, since it is my first love.

My approach to tutoring is simply helping students not only understand the concepts, but to be able to develop the skills they need so they can develop self-confidence and become masters of their universe. My training, education, and experience in mental health counseling helps with this endeavor. To master schoolwork, regardless of what a student studies, it requires a lot of other skills, such as making plans to learn the content, plan and organize papers and projects, and test preparation. The other part of it is practice, practice, practice! When I work with students, I help them develop the skills they will need to take command of their schoolwork and succeed.
