Hello. I'm currently working on launching a civic technology start-up which informs and empowers people to participate in policy-making. Before that, I led in the establishment of several non-profits and charity initiatives. I recently completed a master's degree myself so exam prep, research papers and late nights are no strangers to me :)

I really enjoy tutoring. Being a "big picture" person, I help students link the topic to the subject, to things they are interested in and can relate to, and ultimately their own lives. You can call it a holistic approach to learning.

I love public speaking, and writing! I frequently speak at policy events, and most recently have talked to an audience of 400 people in Boston, MA.

I am a consultant and researcher for several think-tanks in the D.C. area. The topics I write about vary greatly.

As for reading, I especially enjoy working with people with learning disabilities as I have learned to overcome my own.

As mentioned above, I was diagnosed with ADD and dyslexia late in my teens. I learned to manage them, and to see their immense gifts. Eventually I received a coaching certificate to help others focus on their strengths, and achieve meaningful success.
