Hi there! I’m a high school senior with a deep passion for mathematics and over two years of tutoring experience. I’ve taken over 13 AP courses and scored 4s and 5s in all STEM subjects — including a 5 on both the AB and BC portions of the AP Calculus BC exam. Math has always been my strongest subject, and I currently tutor students in everything from Algebra 1 to AP Calculus BC. Over the past two years, I’ve helped several students earn a score of 5 on the AP Calculus exam, and I take pride in making even the most challenging material understandable and approachable.

My tutoring style is focused on building true understanding rather than just memorization. I use visual explanations, real-world analogies, and step-by-step reasoning to help students grasp the why behind each concept. Whether we’re exploring the logic behind derivatives or simplifying complex algebra, I aim to create a learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and excited to learn. My students often tell me that things finally “click” when we work together — that my way of explaining math helps them not just pass a test, but actually enjoy the subject.

What I love most about tutoring is helping students move from frustration to confidence. I’ve worked with middle and high school students of all levels, and I tailor each session to the student’s pace and goals. I’m planning to pursue mathematics or engineering in college, and I look forward to continuing tutoring throughout my academic career.
