Prior to animation, I was in college studying graphic design for 2 years.
My experience with teaching however is extensive. I just finished teaching a 5-month course that was specialized to a mentee where we had lectures and homework around the fundamentals of drawing and storyboarding from the ground up. I am currently a teacher in the public school system for the past 2 years; where lesson planning and specialized curriculum is my strong suit. I have taught Elementary and Middle school from K-8 grade.
I have 8+ years as an artist starting with mediums such as charcoal, oil, gouache, and watercolor. I have a passion for helping others grow and discover their passions and talents. Outside of visual arts, I have experience in Voice acting and musical theater for 3+ years.
