One of my favorite parts of my job is mentoring new developers. When someone is starting out they often have to master a new language, new technologies, a new system to develop software, and a whole lot more. The first year is often the hardest hurdle for most people. After 15 years, I have accrued lot of experience working to develop the skills of aspiring professional software developers.
