Additionally, I have worked for Fairfax County Public School as an AVID tutor for subject tutoring and executive functioning. My main goal is to help students become successful in the classroom by targeting executive functioning skills. Most schools do not teach students how to take notes, how to study for tests or quizzes, how to stay organized from class to class, and how to effectively manage time. The goal of my teaching is to provide the tools for students to be successful in school as well as in college by solidifying executive functioning skills.
