I'm Kabas! I graduated summa cum laude with a bachelor's degree in Neuroscience. I then went on to complete a doctorate degree in pharmacy and a master's in pharmacogenomics and personalized medicine. I realize that most of the time, a student's interest in a subject is in the hands of the teacher/professor. My approach to tutoring includes individualized student plans, as no two students are the same. I try to bring in topics and examples that interest students in any subject I am teaching.

Throughout college, I tutored college students in math, chemistry, biology, and organic chemistry. A lot of these subjects, especially organic chemistry, are very intimidating. I found it very rewarding to be able to take such an intimidating subject and explain it to the student.

I have always loved math. I completed courses in calculus and provided many of my classmates assistance understanding topics.

My undergraduate degree comprised of courses in physics, math, chemistry, psychology, neuroscience, and biology. My graduate degree is even heavier with the sciences.
