Hi! I never thought I'd be a teacher, but after going into the Peace Corps, found that I absolutely loved teaching English. Teaching capitalizes on my love of listening to others, learning from them, helping them, and creating strategies for progress.

My favorite thing is teaching ESL with students of any language level, and I am hoping to bring the dynamic and creative approaches of ESL / TEFL to working with Elementary Education, Teaching Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages, SAT / ACT prep, and, my big dream: to teaching Culture and Social Sciences, which is what my Master's is in (that's the long term goal!).
Hoping to find students who want help with academic writing, critical thinking in reading comprehension, but, most of all, my specialty-- teaching English to native Chinese speakers!
