Hello, I am Hans, a recent college graduate from Virginia Tech with a B.A. in International Relations and a minor in French. For over two years, I have been preparing for law school and studying intensively for the LSAT, taking the exam five times as I worked to reach my full potential. On the official November 2025 LSAT, I earned a 177 score, placing me among the top 0.5% of test takers nationwide. I attribute this result to both my sustained LSAT preparation and my academic training, which honed the analytical reading and logical analysis skills that are necessary for success on the exam.
Because of my own journey, I understand how challenging and discouraging LSAT preparation can feel, but I also know that meaningful improvement is absolutely achievable with the right strategies and consistency. While I am new to formal LSAT tutoring, I bring a tested and structured approach to the exam that focuses on mastering fundamentals, understanding why answers are correct/incorrect, and developing repeatable methods for tackling different questions. Having gone through the same struggles many students face, I aim to make the learning process clearer, more efficient, and far less overwhelming.
In addition to LSAT preparation, I have experience navigating multiple law school application cycles and am familiar with the broader admissions process. I know how stressful and confusing this stage can be for first-time applicants, and I am happy to offer guidance on planning, timelines, and general application strategy alongside LSAT instruction. My goal is to support students not only in raising their scores but also in creating the strongest application possible.
