Hello! I graduated from Thomas Jefferson High School for Science and Technology with a 4.2 GPA and went on to earn my Bachelor’s degree in Neuroscience from the College of William & Mary, where I graduated summa cum laude. During my undergraduate years, I tutored students in chemistry, biology, neuroscience, psychology, and statistics, helping them strengthen both their conceptual understanding and problem-solving skills. I am currently a third-year medical student at the George Washington University School of Medicine and Health Sciences, where my training continues to reinforce my background in the sciences and analytical thinking.

I have several years of tutoring experience from 2016 to 2023, working with students ranging from middle school through college. My tutoring experience has primarily been one-on-one and includes volunteer tutoring, community-based academic support, and individual assistance for students and families who sought help through personal referrals. I took a brief break from tutoring during medical school and am now excited to return to teaching.

My tutoring style is flexible and tailored to each student’s needs. Some students benefit from structured, interactive explanations, while others learn best through a question-based or problem-focused approach. I strongly believe that active learning is the most effective way to master material, so I encourage students to bring homework, practice problems, or specific concepts they find challenging so we can work through them together. My goal is not only to help students succeed academically, but also to build confidence and independent learning skills they can use long-term.
