Hi! My name is Rebecca, and I am a Mathematics tutor living in Chesapeake, Va (Greenbrier area). I have taught High School math for more than 12 years. I also have a few years experience teaching middle school math.

I have taught the following courses in the classroom:
AP Calculus AB and BC
PreCalculus/Trig
Statistics
Algebra 2
Geometry
Algebra 1
PreAlgebra

I have 2 years experience as an AP Reader, so I was hired by College Board to help grade the national AP exams. This means I have in-depth knowledge of how AP Calculus exams are graded and what things they look for.

I strive to help students realize that they CAN do math if they learn the proper skills. I teach students HOW to learn mathematics, and this is a skill they will take with them the rest of their lives!
