Hello, I'm Justin! I am an incoming summer business analyst at McKinsey. I am a third-year at a target school majoring in Finance and IT. I am the President of the premier casing club at my university. During my time as President, I have revamped our case interview training, helping our cohort land MBB offers and other top 10 firms. I have over 100+ hours of leading group lectures and 1:1 sessions targeting casing and behavioral consulting interview prep with undergraduate-level students. I also have experience in a Strategic Planning role at a Fortune 500 company that has strengthened my real-world corporate strategy understanding.
My approach begins with a quick analysis of your current ability with casing. From there, we will run a standard 30-minute mock case interview in our first session. At the conclusion of the case, I will provide feedback on each component of the case (intro, framework, conclusion, exhibits, math, etc.). My feedback will involve areas for improvement and actionable steps. For beginners, I will provide feedback at each stage of the case and assist heavily with the flow of the case. From there, we can identify and drill weaknesses or continue to run mock-interviews with feedback.
