I have a Master's Degree in Chemistry from the University of Colorado and a B.S. in Chemistry from Geneva College, with a second major in mathematics. I have taught freshman college chemistry and have taught home school students chemistry (both regular and AP level) and physical science. I have tutored high school and freshman college Chemistry, Pre-algebra, Algebra 1, and Algebra 2.

Sandra was an excellent tutor for my son who was taking Chemistry his sophomore year in high school. Due to some injuries in sports, he had fallen behind and his grade had really dropped. With Sandra's help he was able to bring his grade back up and he understood everything that was going on. My son said that Sandra was very good at explaining things to him and helping him to understand all of the lessons. My son's teacher was very impressed with the great progress he made when he was being tutored by Sandra. Sandra was very good about getting back to me very quickly and was always ready to answer any questions or concerns that I had. I loved that I got immediate feedback from her right after her lesson with my son letting me know what they had covered that day. We had a wonderful experience with Sandra and would recommend her to anyone needing a tutor in Chemistry!

Wonderful tutor
Sandra was a wonderful tutor for my daughter. She was patient, and in the course of one quarter was able to get her brought up to speed in order to take, and pass the Chemistry SOL.
