Best Calc Tutor...Ever

I have tried several calculus tutors and without a doubt, James was the best. He is personable, encouraging, and patient whenever I don't understand something. He has truly made me love math again. I am having fun in math class because he taught me how to think critically about problems. He is obviously extremely qualified to tutor Calculus and really puts his students as a priority. I really appreciated it when he would give me problems, tips, and notes to review for topics... even when we did not have a session scheduled. The best part about him is that he does not tell me the answer. Rather, he gives me the confidence to go step by step and learn how to think so that I can solve it with the knowledge that I know. He is truly one of the best teachers I have ever been able to work with and I can't recommend him enough. I went from a borderline A in AP Calc AB to a 95 to finish the quarter. Because of his help, I am confidently getting 5s on my practice AP tests by utilizing his strategies. Again, highly recommend!!!!
