I love knowledge, and I've spent my career chasing it. I hold a bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering from Simon Bolivar University (2013) and an MBA in Finance from IESA Business School (2015), and I hold the Series 65 as a financial advisor registered in Virginia. I love knowledge, and I've spent my career chasing it. I hold a bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering from Simon Bolivar University (2013) and an MBA in Finance from IESA Business School (2015), and I hold the Series 65 as a financial advisor registered in Virginia. My approach is simple: complex ideas deserve kitchen-table examples. Whether I'm explaining weighted average cost of capital, a marketing funnel, or the fiduciary standard that sits at the heart of the Series 65, I reach for a concrete story before I reach for a formula. I have a scientific mindset and I'm honest about what you need to hear. Before we begin, I like to understand your goals and where you're stuck, so we can agree on a plan that actually gets you there. And if I'm not the right fit for your particular goal, I'll tell you so.

I tutored Mathematics at Simon Bolivar University for six years, from 2006 to 2012. From 2013 to 2015, I taught Corporate Finance at IESA Business School. Today I run the financial advisory firm I founded, where I make the financial and marketing decisions and work alongside a marketing professional, a branding expert, and a compliance team. Running that business is where my small business management experience comes from, and it means the finance and marketing material I teach is the same material I work with every week.

For students preparing for the Series 65 or Series 66, I will share my winning strategy based on my experience: I've passed the Series 65 on the first attempt both times I've sat for it, once initially and again after a gap in my registration required me to requalify.

I'm an immigrant, fluent in English and Spanish, and I'm glad to work in either language. All backgrounds and all questions are welcome here. There is no such thing as a bad question! Send me a brief note about your goals and where you'd like to be, and I'll get back to you soon.
