I am a highly enthusiastic tutor who believes in striving for excellence no matter who you are. I am a firm believer that all of us have the innate potential to achieve our dreams, and that academic success is based on dedication, determination, and an openness to learning new things. I have over 10 years of tutoring experience in a variety of subjects.

I have specialized experience in preparing for the MCAT, as I have scored in the 97th percentile. I was originally a student who was very intimidated by the hard sciences, and thought I could never get a score this high. By pushing past my limits of what I thought was possible, I was able to achieve this score on the exam. As someone who understands things best by breaking them down into simple parts, I have a specialty for explaining the sometimes complex nature of MCAT-style questions.

I also have a strong knack for explaining highly technical/mathematical concepts. Math is like learning a different language, and I am a firm believer in always going back to the basics when digesting something with multiple, complex layers.
