Above all else, one of my areas of expertise is tailoring educational plans to the individual student. You are an individual with individual needs, and a customized approach to your education should reflect that. A regular academic curriculum is a good starting point, but is only good for a few students. Some get left behind and others get bored because they are unchallenged. Tailoring an educational program takes into account the individual student, not the middle 80% of the classroom.
