Hi, I’m Tatiana! I’m a medical student with a strong background in neuroscience, clinical medicine, and pre-medical mentorship, with years of experience supporting students at the high school, college, and pre-med levels. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience from UCLA and am currently completing my Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree, where I have passed USMLE Step 1 and Step 2 and earned Dean’s List honors.
In addition to tutoring core science subjects, I have extensive experience mentoring pre-medical students through academic planning, study-strategy development, and navigating the pre-med track. I have worked closely with students to strengthen their science foundation, improve academic performance, and better understand the expectations of medical training.
I also bring significant research experience in neurology and clinical neuroscience, including published and submitted work in stroke recovery, autoimmune encephalitis, and dysautonomia. My academic work has been recognized through an Undergraduate Research Fellowship at UCLA and a Society for Neuroscience Travel Award, reflecting my commitment to both education and mentorship.
