I have been teaching and supporting students for 5 years in both classroom and one-on-one settings. I currently work with high school students, helping them build skills in reading, writing, organization, and executive functioning. I also support learners with IEPs, 504 plans, ADHD, dyslexia, and other learning differences.
My teaching approach focuses on breaking down tasks into manageable steps, building confidence, and using strategies tailored to each student’s needs. I work to create a supportive and engaging environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and learning at their own pace. I have helped high school and college-aged students improve essays, reading comprehension, study habits, time management, and test preparation. My goal is always to help students succeed academically while building skills and confidence they can carry into the future.
