I graduated college in Japan and I have licenses of following: Kindergarten teacher, Elementary school teacher, Japanese Flower Arrangement teacher and Japanese Tea Ceremony teacher.
When I lived in Japan I taught Japanese, Math and English. After I moved to New Mexico, I used to teach Japanese Language at elementary school as after school program and also at my house. I had classes at Life Long Learning center for Japanese Tea Ceremony and Japanese Flower Arrangement....

Haruko is a really great teacher! She is very patient and makes sure you understand each new concept before moving on. Also, Haruko is such a fun and nice person to have as a tutor. I always have such a great time with her during our lessons. She makes the subject interesting and fun to learn! Wonderful tutor of Japanese language
Haruko-sensei is a wonderful teacher. She goes at my pace, making sure I understand each lesson before we move on, and is completely amenable if I want to concentrate on a particular subject. When we converse, she speaks very slowly, so I can follow every word she is saying. She also assists me with assorted Japanese projects I'm interested in, as well as drawing in other aspects of Japanese culture such as brush calligraphy and kimono-making & wearing. Every lesson is delightful. I'm very happy to have met her. Dōmo arigatō gozaimasu, Haruko-sensei!
