I love the personalized aspect of tutoring and how one-on-one it is. I love getting to help people understand a rule or idea, but most of all, I enjoy seeing the people I tutor succeed and achieve their goals. I feel that my life and professional experiences have led to have a deep understanding of many cultures and languages and I am happy to share that knowledge with others.
I grew up being bilingual and then went on to study many other languages so I know what it takes to learn a new language. I have learned of many processes that are helpful and successful when learning a new language. Specifically with Romance languages, I am familiar with the similarities and connections between Spanish, French, Portuguese, and Italian and understanding these connections have helped me to be successful in learning and speaking these languages, as well as helping to teach them to others.
