I've spent 30 years managing and mentoring students and young professionals in IT and STEM-related subject matter. I attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison, majoring in Computer Science and Philosophy.

I'm exceptional at understanding how people learn effectively and tailoring to their needs how I explain and teach a subject. Every person's mind is unique, with different strengths and different ideal ways to understand what they're trying to learn. A great tutor has to easily read and understand those things in each of their students in order to teach effectively, and this is one of my greatest strengths. I can help you understand what you need to understand no matter how complex it may be, in ways that make sense to you. Breaking subjects down into what's fundamentally important, explaining it clearly to you, and building your understanding piece by piece into a complete picture is my specialty.

I have a number of success stories of entry-level IT professionals who I've mentored into both advanced programming, software design, and management careers. I also have a strong background in writing, copy editing other people's writing, mathematics from the basics up through calculus, general business and people management, project management, online marketing and advertising, and both AI- and non-AI-based automation of computer work (bots that do things you would normally have to do yourself on the computer), and general problem solving. I've helped middle school to young adult professional aged learners improve in the areas listed above.
