I earned my bachelor’s degree in Public Health: Health Science early in 2026, where I developed a strong foundation in biological/life science subjects. I have also served for 3 years as a teaching assistant, working with students in classroom and personalized settings. I even taught a few classes personally, and spent many hours working with students individually to ensure success. I have worked primarily with students in the 20–23 age range. These experiences have helped me develop the ability to explain difficult concepts in simplified ways.
I recently took the MCAT and scored a 517, including a perfect score in the Psychology and Sociology section. Since I just went through the process, I know how overwhelming the MCAT can feel and how much time can be wasted studying the wrong things. I also know how hard high school or undergraduate sciences can be! As a tutor, I share the strategies that actually helped me, including tips I wish I had known if I could go back in time and tell myself. I excel at going through practice exams with students so we can figure out not just which questions they missed, but why they missed them and what they can do differently next time. I also lived in Germany for a couple years and enjoy giving German lessons on the side there as well.
