I am currently serving in the United States Air Force, where I earned certification as a software developer and have spent the last two years working professionally with Unity and C#. In this role, I’ve built a variety of real-world applications and systems, often collaborating with teams and solving complex programming challenges in high-stakes environments. I’m also proficient in Python and familiar with foundational computer science concepts, algorithms, and object-oriented programming. Additionally, I’m pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and am halfway through the program.
While I haven’t formally tutored before, I’ve frequently helped peers and coworkers understand programming concepts, debug code, and improve their problem-solving skills. I enjoy breaking down complex ideas into smaller, more digestible parts and explaining them in a way that’s clear and relatable. My teaching approach is patient, adaptive, and goal-oriented—I focus on helping learners gain both confidence and independence in their coding abilities.
Whether someone is just starting out in programming or looking to deepen their understanding, I’m excited to help them grow. I understand how overwhelming code can feel at first, and I aim to create a supportive and structured learning experience that makes progress feel achievable and rewarding.
