I have been tutoring since I was in elementary school, going to my friend's houses in order to help teach them the subject. Tutoring is a very delicate subject. It means teaching on a much more personal level. It's not for large groups. I served as a teacher for two years in Guatemala, knowing Spanish beforehand, yet perfecting through teaching and talking with natives daily. I have since expanded my knowledge of the Spanish language through college courses. While living in Guatemala, I taught other North Americans Spanish. I have served as a teacher in my religious community also.
