I am a graduate of Southern Utah University in business management. I am well versed in math and finance. I currently work in the field of finance. I teach people about how they can improve their personal financial position each and every day. I work with people age 18 and up. In the past I have tutored math. This was done with teenagers.
I have been drawing for 20 years and have been able to help enhance students' art abilities. I took a drawing class in college that greatly enhanced my drawing ability and which I base my lessons off of. I teach many different techniques in drawing including shading, perspective, and styles. There is also always a fun creative drawing section that I really enjoy!
My real goal is to help educate you in the areas that you'd like to become stronger in. I love helping people develop their talents! My expectations are that you will complete any homework assigned to you. I assign it so that you can learn and grow. That being said, I also try to make the homework fun and enjoyable. In most cases, tutors gain approval in a subject by passing a proficiency exam. For some subject areas, like music and art, tutors submit written requests to demonstrate their proficiency to potential students. If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.
