Bio

I'm Michael! I'm a Doctor in Accounting and I attended the Baylor University (Waco, Texas) as a research scholar. I've got the Bachelor's, the Masters' and the Doctoral degree from the Universidade Federal do Parana (Curitiba, Southern Brazil). I'm Michael! I'm a Doctor in Accounting and I attended the Baylor University (Waco, Texas) as a research scholar. I've got the Bachelor's, the Masters' and the Doctoral degree from the Universidade Federal do Parana (Curitiba, Southern Brazil). During my PhD, I moved to Waco, Texas to finish finish the doctoral studies. I've been teaching college students (undergraduate and graduate students) since 2007, always teaching Accounting topics. I always tried to bring real-life situations for my classes, in presence or online, to make the learning journey easier for everyone.

My favorite areas to teach are Managerial Accounting, Financial Accounting and Cost Accounting because they are very logical and related with real business. If some students remain with some question, I try to explain in a different way, sometimes reviewing the theoretical topics.

Besides teaching, I love to travel around the world and I'm passionate about world culture in general. I'm fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese and I can teach all the topics in both of these languages. So far, I've been to 88 countries in all the continents.

I've been tutoring students since 2011 with success. In Business and Accounting areas, both in presence and online. Let me show how the finance world can be attractive. Accounting is not boring, is very logical and you only need to see it like that.

Excellent Teacher

Michael has been a wonderful tutor. His patience and approach to instruction is very student friendly. He tailored his rhythm to meet my needs - If a concept was more difficult to grasp, we walked through it multiple times until I understood it.
