I am currently a doctoral student in School Psychology at Baylor University and a Licensed Specialist in School Psychology (LSP) in Texas. My background includes extensive experience conducting psychoeducational and autism evaluations, as well as providing academic and social-emotional support to children and adolescents in both school and clinical settings. I hold a Specialist-level degree in School Psychology and have worked with students across a wide age range, from early childhood through high school. In addition to my clinical work, I have experience teaching at the university level, which has strengthened my ability to break down complex concepts and support students in developing strong academic skills.
My tutoring focuses on academic writing, APA style, psychology coursework, and graduate-level application materials. I have significant experience helping students organize their ideas, strengthen their writing, and clearly communicate their thinking in essays, research papers, and personal statements. I also support students in understanding psychology concepts and preparing for exams by making material more approachable and relevant. My approach is collaborative and individualized—I meet students where they are, help reduce overwhelm, and build both confidence and independence in their work.
I have worked with diverse learners and tailor my approach to each student’s needs, including those who benefit from more structured, step-by-step guidance. My goal is not only to help students complete assignments, but to help them develop skills they can carry forward in their academic and professional careers.
