It's all about science!
My name is Lori. I am a wife, mother and certified classroom teacher. I have over 7 years of experience in the classroom and even more with tutoring. In college, I was a tutor in the campuses learning center from 2001-2005. That is where I met my husband and discovered my love of teaching and helping others succeed. I love science! My goal is to help others discover there potential and possibly love science too.
I have experience in grades 3 through 8 with science including science fair projects and science test prep. These includes specific courses like physical, life and earth sciences.
Also, I have training in Project WILD, Project Learning Tree and will receive training this summer in Project Aquatics.
In Louisiana, I was a 4-H sponsor at the middle school I worked at so I have multiple lessons and trainings in Agriculture, Animals, Astronomy, Recycling and Gardening.
I hope that we can work together to meet your needs and have some hands-on fun in the process!
I look forward to hearing from you. Thanks It's all about science!

In most cases, tutors gain approval in a subject by passing a proficiency exam. For some subject areas, like music and art, tutors submit written requests to demonstrate their proficiency to potential students. If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.
