I aim to prove to all my students that they are beyond capable of anything they put their minds to. When I create a tutoring plan for each student, I find the way they learn best. Some children are very tactile and others are audible. Explaining something to one child may not make sense to another child who needs hands on practice. This is the biggest obstacle I try to work with. Finding the best ways to teach each child where the material will make the most sense.
