I am working with Amar to come up with a review plan for my MCAT retake. He is very responsive to his student’s needs and takes the time to make sure that one understands the topic before moving on to another. He is always prepared for our sessions ahead of time, and I can tell he puts work in outside of our sessions. He even offered to look over my personal statement in his free time when I am finished with it. I know he will be a great asset for me as I continue on my journey to medical school! Amar was very knowledgeable and helped me prepare for my NCCAOM Biomed exam. He was friendly and used effective visuals along with similes to help understand the content, encouraged questions, and really wanted me to grasp the way everything fit together to ensure that I can answer any questions, even ones not covered, on that particular topic on an exam. I am a 67-year-old retired auto mechanic studying to be an RN ( 2nd semester). I was having a hard time learning ALL the medications and drugs.
