I’ve been trained by many professional trainers and have learned a lot from what they have taught me. I also played varsity basketball for 3 years in high school and was team captain my junior and senior year. I’ve studied the game of basketball for years and have learned many things, I would love to share what I’ve learned and pass it on to other for generations to come. Basketball is a game that evolves every decade.
