While perusing through the opportunity, I felt enthused because this is what I always adored and this is what keeps me on my toes as well, primarily because there are always loads of challenges to improve upon and learn from. I have a bachelors in Medicine, Surgery and Gynaecology. Have studied in a medical school for five years. The subjects which I found more interesting were Microbiology, Physiology and Pharmacology. This is the reason I continued with teaching these subjects to students for the most part of my career. While on job I have been associated as a faculty in a Medical University. I have also earned respect and positive feedback from my students who represented pharmaceutical companies. Teaching Business studies and helping companies grow has always allowed me to look at the practical aspects of the world and also provided me opportunities to free myself from monotony.
Besides teaching these subjects I also developed my students on ethics, mannerism and behavior modifications via NLP.
At University of Leicester, U.K, I gained more insight about adult learning and gained immensely by practicing Bloom's Taxonomy and Kolb's learning cycle.
I love my students dearly because I do not take this profession merely as a means of earning my living, but I sincerely want to help and enjoy watching my students prosper and blossom.
