Since elementary school, I’ve loved helping others learn — first by offering free homework help to family and classmates, and later by tutoring professionally. After earning dual BAs in English and Psychology with a minor in Cultural Anthropology from UT Austin, I began working at a test prep center and have since accumulated hundreds of hours of tutoring experience across a wide range of subjects and ages.
My experience ranges from teaching kindergarteners their first letter sounds to helping seventh graders master quadratic equations to guiding high school seniors through their college essays. I confidently teach all subjects through eighth grade and all levels of high school English. I can also tutor for Spanish, having grown up speaking it.
For test prep, I offer support for SAT Writing, ACT Reading/Writing and Science, STAAR, ISEE and other private school entrance exams, as well as AP Literature, AP Language, AP Psychology, AP U.S. History, and AP World History.
Above all, I strive to make learning clear, confidence-building, and enjoyable. Whether your student needs help catching up, wants to excel above their grade level, or is preparing for standardized testing, I’d be happy to support their growth and success.
