Hello! My name is Leena, and I am a dedicated and passionate tutor excited to help students achieve their academic goals.

I graduated from Dulles High School's Math and Science Academy, where my passion for mathematics and science first took root. Currently, I am pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science at the University of Texas at Austin, with a minor in Business. My coursework has equipped me with a solid foundation in computer programming, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, which I aim to share with my students. Most notably, I've received the highest score of a 5 on AP exams of all subjects, including English Language, Biology, Calculus BC, and US History, indicating a breadth of college level mastery.

In terms of tutoring experience, I have had the privilege of working as a K-12 tutor at Excel Tutoring Center for seven months. In this classroom-like setting, I gained valuable experience in instructing and mentoring students across various grade levels. Additionally, I have served as a private math tutor, specializing in geometry and algebra, for middle schoolers in online sessions. These experiences have honed my ability to adapt my teaching style to individual learning needs, ensuring that my students receive personalized attention and guidance.
