Unlike the formulaic, memorization-heavy approaches taken by most teachers and tutors, I invest more time imbuing my students with a deep conceptual understanding of whatever material they are struggling with. Not only does this ensure that you will ace your next test, it arms you with the intuition to tackle the concepts in the units after. Rather than expecting students to regurgitate a set of rules covering all possible problem types, I encourage clients to find their own way out of tough homework problems.
