Hi, I'm Ksenia! I graduated summa cum laude from The Woodlands College Park High School, and I have been tutoring independently since 2022. I have always loved math and enjoy sharing my passion for it with students. I also tutor English for elementary and middle school students and enjoy helping them grow in their reading, writing, and comprehension skills.
Over the past several years, I have worked one-on-one with students aged 1st through 8th grade in English and up to Algebra 1 in math. My tutoring style focuses on patience and personalized lessons to individual students. Every student learns differently so I focus on adapting my teaching to the needs and learning style of student to ensure they feel comfortable and supported throughout their learning journey.
One of my favorite parts of tutoring is seeing students go from feeling frustrated with learning to feeling proud of their success. Many of the students I have tutored have scored highly on their state tests in math and English and developed learning skills that increased their confidence for future learning.
