I took GIS this semester for my master's coursework and got lost to the point where i almost went bald pulling my hair. Beatriz was so kind and knowledgeable and flexible to take the time to show me step by step and repeat it for me so that I was able to understand. I had two tutoring sessions with her, and both expanded my horizons and made me more confident to take on the GIS tasks and i was able to pass my class due to her breaking down the steps and short cuts of the complex ArcGIS program. she is very knowledgeable and if you are ever in a bind, she is a go to tutor to break it down and make sense of things!
