I am a mathematics tutor with a Master's of Science in Applied Statistics and a PhD in Statistics. I have 16 years' experience tutoring in math (not counting helping out friends in high school). My goal is always to find the root of the lack of understanding that a student has and to work to correct it, and then later on continue to provide reinforcement to those ideas. The best teacher you can find. My understanding has improved and his methods of teaching work. You will have to go back and memorize the formulas, but he will get you to where you want to be. I highly recommend.

Amazing Tutor
Scott is an amazing tutor! I attend WGU and failed my first attempt on my Statistics final. I had never taken a stats class prior to my attendance at WGU and was struggling to understand certain concepts. Being a very visual learner, online schooling made it difficult for me to have one-on-one tutoring with my instructor. Scott was an answer to prayer! He was able to jump right in, was patient with my lack of knowledge, and got me through my course. I just passed my second attempt on my final and I am beyond thankful to have had Scott's help.
